金属板卷帘门或铝锌合金板卷帘门是什么?

这种金属板卷帘门(Metal Sheet)属于澳式风格(Australian Style)卷帘门类别,也被称为铝锌合金板(Aluzinc)卷帘门。其材质为钢板,表面涂有铝和锌,与普通金属板相同。金属板材质为平整的板材,可根据安装需求进行弯曲加工。与普通标准型(Standard Type)卷帘门相比,澳式卷帘门外观更加美观独特。

我们可以看到,其立柱比普通立柱更大(普通立柱尺寸约为 5×5 厘米,而澳式卷帘门的立柱尺寸为 10×5.5 厘米)。各部件的配件,从立柱开始,我们采用 6063T5 级铝合金材质,宽度为 10 厘米,突出部分为 5.5 厘米,表面采用粉末涂层处理,有白色和黑色可选。

铝锌合金板

接下来,我们看看卷帘门的门板。澳式卷帘门的波峰形状为矩形,通过接缝机(Seaming Machine)进行拼接,拼接紧密无缝,表面光滑。门板厚度为 0.47 - 0.5 毫米。澳式风格在材质方面还有一个特点,即采用纯铝合金材质,而标准型(Standard Type)通常仅使用钢材或不锈钢材质(标准型仅有一种尺寸为 1.8 毫米的铝合金材质)。
