金屬板捲簾門或鋁鋅合金板捲簾門是什麼?

這種金屬板捲簾門(Metal Sheet)屬於澳式風格(Australian Style)捲簾門類別,也被稱爲鋁鋅合金板(Aluzinc)捲簾門。其材質爲鋼板,表面塗有鋁和鋅,與普通金屬板相同。金屬板材質爲平整的板材,可根據安裝需求進行彎曲加工。與普通標準型(Standard Type)捲簾門相比,澳式捲簾門外觀更加美觀獨特。

您還可以選擇顏色(綠色、白色、奶油色、棕色、橙色、藍色等)和常規的豎向通風口,通風口位於鑰匙孔四排位置以及信箱位置,可根據需求進行選擇。由於波峯爲棱角形狀,把手這一配件並非必須,與標準型(Standard Type)不同。

鋁鋅合金板

接下來,我們看看捲簾門的門板。澳式捲簾門的波峯形狀爲矩形,通過接縫機(Seaming Machine)進行拼接,拼接緊密無縫,表面光滑。門板厚度爲 0.47 - 0.5 毫米。澳式風格在材質方面還有一個特點,即採用純鋁合金材質,而標準型(Standard Type)通常僅使用鋼材或不鏽鋼材質(標準型僅有一種尺寸爲 1.8 毫米的鋁合金材質)。
